Charitable Donations and Fundraising

Trillium Gift of Life Network is a registered Canadian charity (# 86838 1510 RR0001) and we are pleased to accept charitable donations to help us improve the organ and tissue donation system in Ontario so that more lives can be saved.

Please note that we do not solicit donations nor participate in fundraising activities relating to organ and tissue donation.

Donations may be made by:

• Cheque payable to Trillium Gift of Life Network and sent to 522 University Avenue, Suite 900, Toronto, ON M5G 1W7. An income tax receipt will be issued by Trillium Gift of Life Network for all donations over $10.00 unless otherwise requested.
• On-line credit card and gift of securities donation through CanadaHelps.org. The donation will be forwarded to Trillium Gift of Life Network and an electronic income tax receipt will be issued by CanadaHelps.

If your donation is in memoriam and you would like an acknowledgment sent to the family, please provide the full name of the deceased and the family contact name and address. If you are donating on-line this information can be entered through CanadaHelps.org.
